Return and refund policy :

At Sundara Clothings, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If your purchase doesn’t fit or suit you, here’s how our return process works:

  Return Window:    

- We offer a 4-day return policy. You have 4 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  Return Eligibility:    

- Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. 

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  How to Initiate a Return:    

- To start your return, email us at clothingssundara@gmail.com. 

- Once your return request is approved, send the item to the following address: 

Sundara Clothings, Flat no. 2, 1st Floor, Shree Ram Palace, Near Orchid School, Baner Road, Baner, Pune-411045.    

- You must arrange the return shipment, but we will cover the shipping cost for any replacement items.

  Important Notes:    

- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 

- Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a gift card valid for 30 days, redeemable for any product, including new arrivals and sale items.

  For Defective or Damaged Products:    

- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at clothingssundara@gmail.com with a description and images of the defect. 

- Initiate the return request within 4 days of delivery through our return portal. 

- Once the issue is verified, you can choose between a full refund or store credit as compensation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us at : clothingssundara@gmail.com. 

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges 

To ensure you receive the product you want, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the desired item. 

Refunds 

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

- If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Important Disclaimer 

-     Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. However, we will cover the shipping costs for any replacement product. In the case of     defective items    , an     INR 100 compensation will be added to your selected refund method to cover return shipping expenses. 

-     International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order or reach out to us for assistance. 

Rejection of Return Requests 

Your return request will be declined in the following cases: 

- If the request is made after the 4-day return window. 

- If the product is used (e.g., shows wrinkles, body odor, or perfume smells) or tags are missing. 

- If the defective product claim does not pass our quality check process. 

Returns for COD Orders 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the shipping fee will be deducted from the gift card or store credit issued. The gift card/store credit will reflect the full product value, excluding shipping costs. This policy applies only to COD orders.
